This was my second stay at Radisson Blu Cardiff this month, and each visit has been worse than the last. The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, showing no sense of hospitality expected from a well-known international hotel chain. The room looked old and was not properly cleaned. On top of that, when I asked for slippers, I was told that guests in standard rooms are not entitled to them. I even offered to pay, but the staff refused, saying it’s “not available” under any circumstances. In all my years of travelling and staying in hotels around the world, I have never come across such an unreasonable policy. It’s shocking that a Radisson Blu — supposedly a 4-star hotel — operates with such poor service, lack of basic guest comfort, and dismissive attitude. I expected far better from this brand, but this experience has been deeply disappointing.
