What Are People Saying About Austrian Airlines?
Austrian's signature touch is the onboard coffee and Austrian-cuisine meals — that cultural flair still comes through. The Vienna hub is convenient for European connections, and cabin crew are generally polite and professional.
Lateley though, travelers notice the experience thinning out on short-haul flights: fewer onboard extras, tighter baggage enforcement at the gate, and customer support that struggles during disruptions. Long-haul and Vienna connections still get good marks. Short hops within Europe — less so.
