I loved the staff they were very polite and helpful. They all were very nice and friendly people. Both the day and night shift workers were all attentive whenever I needed anything. The rooftop restaurant and the downstairs restaurant staff were also outstanding. I would like to mention the names of the staff from my long stay there. Thank you to Front desk: Mubarak, Imran, sagor, Opus, Ariful, Mehedi, Khondokar. Bell desk: Shahin, Shimul, Emon Room service: Monir, Mohammed Tobarok Hossain, Raqib. (The names of some staff are missing and I couldn't get their name but overall I had a comfortable stay at shuktara because of the good hardworking staff.) Thank you so much and will come back again for another stay if God wills, may Allah bless you guys. Assalamualaikum.
